....for the recent lack of attention folks. My handsome Marine son was home on leave, before being shipped off to yet another school (to be followed by a place where he could literally "lose his head" at work, we fear.) As you can prol’ly imagine, every possible moment was spent with him in my sights while wishing the clock would stop viciously chewing up our time with him.

Not often you get the vantage point of the entire crater. I think I might even have a better shot somewhere in my pile of sticks of memory... but in the meantime...here is one that caught my eye in the twilight of early evening.
